Description

Adam, a session singer in Nashville, grew up singing at churches with his mom and dad before releasing a few Christian albums as a young adult. Things were starting to look good until 2011 when his career went on the fritz as he and his first wife divorced. Adam put music on hold until 2013 when he met his current wife, Courtney. She brought light into Adam's life and he started writing songs again. A year ago, Adam and Courtney welcomed a baby girl into their family. Now, more than ever, Adam wants to make a successful career singing his music. Rachel, a talented yodeler, performs for Billie Jean Osborne's Kentucky Opry, where she sings and plays the mandolin in front of sold-out shows. She started singing in church at three years old, but was often teased about her dream. At 15, her parents decided to homeschool her so she could focus on music and academics. After winning her first big talent competition at 16, she knew she was on the right path. After stepping on to a plane for the first time, Rachel comes to "The Voice" to prove she's dedicated to making her dreams come true.
